MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 67
On September 15, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 7 03 p m
Present: Val Vandersloot, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen
Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate,
submitted by John P Fisher, President, Ideal Fabricators, Inc., re to cover a 10,000 sq ft.
addition to current facility located at 30579 Schoolcraft Road in industrial Development District
67 for a period of 12 years.
There were seven (7) persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m., September 15, 1997
