MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR A PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING PROJECT FOR
SUNSET SUBDIVISION

On September 3, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 12 p m. Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan, Fernon
P Feenstra, and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee and Gerald D Taylor
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special
Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the Roll for a Special Assessment Street Lighting Project
for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium street lights on 18' Hallbrook poles
in Sunset Subdivision located in the N W 1/4 of Section 2 City of Livonia, Michigan
There was no one present in the audience on this hearing
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , September 3, 1997
