MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
TO BE LOCATED IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 28
On August 13, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 7 08 p m Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Gerald D
Taylor and Joe Laura Absent: Michael P McGee and Gerald D Taylor
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should establish Industrial Development District No 68 in the S W 1/4
of Section 28 pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as
amended, requested by Livonia International Development, LLC, and its current tenant
Electricfil Corporation to be located at 12350 Belden Court in connection with proposed
investment in new machinery and equipment.
There were three (3) persons present at this public hearing
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.21 p m , August 13, 1997
