HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1997-12-15 IFEC KELSEY-HAYES 30643 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FOR KELSEY-HAYES COMPANY On December 15, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice President Brosnan at 7.05 p m Present: Val Vandersloot/Michael P McGee, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra and Maureen Miller Brosnan. Absent: Gerald D Taylor and Joe Laura. Vice President Brosnan stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Kelsey-Hayes Company covering new industrial facilities to be located within IDD No 46 There were five (5) persons present in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
