On June 4, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 10 p m Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Gerald D Taylor, Brian
Duggan, Femon P Feenstra, and Joe Laura Absent: Michael P McGee
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 97-3-2-7 by
Parkside Associates requesting waiver use approval to operate a child day care center
in an existing building located on the east side of Middlebelt Road between Six Mile
Road and Pickford Avenue in the N W 1/4 of Section 12.
There were two (2) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.20 p m., June 4, 1997
