MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING

4 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
FOR J.P. INVESTMENTS
On July 16, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the
Council at 7.05 p m. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Femon P Feenstra,
Val Vandersloot and Maureen Miller Brosnan. Absent: Michael P McGee and
Joe Laura.
The Vice President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District pursuant
to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended, requested John P
Fisher, Owner, J P Investments, a Michigan L.L.0 , re to be located at 30579
Schoolcraft Road in connection with the construction of a new manufacturing facility
combined with existing facility to be completed by their current tenant, Ideal Fabricators,
Inc.
There was no one present in the Audience at this public hearing
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.08 p m , July 16, 1997
