HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1997-04-28 SAD CALIBURN MANOR 30151 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTS INSTALLATION PROJECT IN THE CALIBURN MANOR SUBDIVISION NO. 3 IN THE N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 7 On April 28, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 10 p m Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: Val, Vandersloot and Michael P McGee The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special Assessment Street Lighting Project in the Caliburn Manor Subdivision No 3 in the N E. 1/4 of Section 7, City of Livonia, Michigan There was no one present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
