HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1997-04-21 SAD STARK ROAD 30145 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO ON THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT ON STARK ROAD BETWEEN SCHOOLCRAFT ROAD AND LYNDON AVENUE AND ON LYNDON AVENUE BETWEEN FARMINGTON AND STARK ROADS L. IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 24 On April 21, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 05 p.m. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Michael P McGee and Joe Laura. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"the City Council is opening a public hearing on the NECESSITY for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting project for Stark Road in the East 1/2 of Section 21, T 1 S, R. 9 E, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan There were nine (9) persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
