MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PERMIT APPLICATION FOR SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA
On July 16, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the
Council at 7 14 p m Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Femon P Feenstra,
Val Vandersloot and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Michael P McGee and Joe
Laura.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543,
as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a Permit Application
submitted by Leon Zagomik requesting approval for the installation of a satellite dish
antenna for property located at 36204 Whitcomb Drive in the N E. 1/4 of Section 17
There were approximately six (6) people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.25 p m , July 16, 1997
