MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 97-3-2-8
(WAIVER USE)
On June 4, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 21 p m Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Gerald D Taylor, Brian
Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, and Joe Laura Absent: Michael P McGee
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 97-3-2-8 by
Michael Cross requesting waiver use approval to allow for outdoor storage of
excavating equipment on property located on the west side of Merriman Road between
Plymouth Road and Glendale Avenue in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 27
There were five (5) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 55 p m., June 4, 1997
