MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
CRUCAM INC./KEV, INC.,
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 55
On July 23, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 7 08 p m. Present:
Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Michael P
McGee, Gerald D Taylor and Joe Laura. Absent: None.
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate,
submitted by Kevin R Crute, President/Owner, Crucam, Inc./KEV, Inc., re. to cover the
acquisition of additional machinery and the expansion of current plant facilities at 38099
Schoolcraft Road in Industrial Development District No 55
There were five( 5) persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 14 p m , July 23, 1997
