(FITZGERALD AVENUE)
IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 5
On January 13, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 9.54 p m Present: Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P
Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: Val Vandersloot.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special
Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the NECESSITY for the proposed Special Assessment on
the Bell Creek Drain Enclosure Project (Fitzgerald Avenue) - Soil Erosion Project, re
19249 and 19263 Fitzgerald in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 5
L There were approximately four(4) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 1004p m , January 13, 1997
