MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
On February 10, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 9.05
p m. Present: Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val
Vandersloot, Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor and Joe Laura. Absent: None.
The City Clerk has duly published notices prior to the holding of a public hearing
with regard to the Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances to Add
Therein an Ethics Ordinance
The President stated that pursuant to Council Resolutions #1175-96, the
Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to the Proposed Ethics
Ordinance, adding Chapter 200 (Ethics) to Title 2 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances,
as amended
There were 105 persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considerefion
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:20 p m , February 10, 1997
