MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 96-10-2-29
(WAIVER USE)
On March 24, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8 56 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian
Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and Joe Laura. Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 96-10-2-29 by
Joseph P Durso requesting waiver use approval to construct a site condominium
project on property located between Hees Avenue Dead-End east of Linville Avenue
and north of Joy Road in the S E. 1/4 of Section 32, which property is zoned R-1
There were approximately 12 (twelve) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 1031 p m , March 24, 1997
