MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE
BELL CREEK DRAIN ENCLOSURE PROJECT
(FITZGERALD AVENUE)
IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 5
On April 7, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 12 p m. Present: Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P
Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: Val Vandersloot.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special
Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the ASSESSMENT ROLL for the proposed Special
Assessment on the Bell Creek Drain Enclosure Project (Fitzgerald Avenue) - Soil
Erosion Project, re 19249 and 19263 Fitzgerald in the S E. 1/4 of Section 5
There was no one present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 44 p m , April 7, 1997
