HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1996-03-20 SAD CALIBURN ESTATES NO 2 29389 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN CALIBURN ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO. 2 IN THE N W. 1/4 OF SECTION 8 On March 20, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:07 p m. Present: Val Vandersloot, Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for installation of street lighting on colonial post top poles in Caliburn Estates Subdivision No 2 in the N W 1/4 of Section 8 There were 25 persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
