MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROJECT PLAN BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA FOR
FOR MADONNA UNIVERSITY
On February 6, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 04 p m Present Gerald D Taylor,
Laura M Toy, Fernon P Feenstra Absent Michael P McGee, Sean P
Kavanagh and Dale A Jurcisin
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing to consider
approval of Madonna University's EDC Project Plan involving the
acquisition of additional property and the making of repairs, altera-
tions and improvements to four of their existing buildings
There were three persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 11 p m , February 6,
1995
