MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 93-6-2-15 (WAIVER USE)
On September 27, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:42 p.m. Present: Sean P. Kavanagh, Ron Ochala,
Dale A Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P. McGee and Gerald Taylor.
Absent: Laura Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 93-6-2-15 by Grand Rental Station requesting
waiver use approval for outdoor display of rental equipment on property
located on the west side of Wayne Road between Plymouth Road and Elmira Avenue
in the N W. 1/4 of Section 33.
There were approximately three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:51 p.m. , September 27, 1993.
