MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF
AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM
ROMA'S COMMISSARY, INC. TO OXBOW MACHINE PRODUCTS, INC.
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 43
On July 19, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by President Taylor at 8:16 p.m. Present: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon
P. Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanagh and Gerald D. Taylor. Absent: Laura M.
Toy, Michael P. McGee and Ron Ochala.
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application
from Oxbow Machine Products Inc. , 8610 Lanewood, Westland, Michigan
48185 for a Transfer of the Tax Abatement previously granted to Roma's
lbw Commissary, Inc. (Exemption Certificate #88-041) on January 13, 1988,
for a business to be located at 12777 Merriman Road.
There were approximately two people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:31 p.m. , July 19,
1993.
