MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 93-6-2-14 (WAIVER USE)
On September 27, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 20 p m. Present Sean P. Kavanagh, Ron Ochala,
Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P. McGee and Gerald Taylor.
Absent Laura Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 93-6-2-14 by M & N Corporation Limited requesting
waiver use to utilize an SDM license for a proposed business to be located
within an existing shopping center on the north side of Seven Mile Road
between Rensellor and Antago Boulevards in the S E 1/4 of Section 1
There were approximately four people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 41 p.m , September 27, 1993.
