MUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
m. OXBOW MACHINE PRODUCTS, INC. FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 43
On July 19, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Taylor at 8:32 p.m. Present: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanagh and Gerald D. Taylor. Absent: Laura M. Toy,
Michael P. McGee and Ron Ochala.
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for twelve years, submitted
by Oxbow Machine Products, 8610 Lanewood, Westland, Michigan 48185,
covering building improvements for facilities located at 12777 Merriman
Road located within City of Livonia Industrial Development District 43.
There were approximately two people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:33 p.m. , July 19,
1993.
