HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1993-07-12 SAD STONEHOUSE ESTATES 27742 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN 4mw STONEHOUSE ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 31 On July 12, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:04 P.M. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanagh, Laura M. Toy and Gerald D. Taylor. Absent: Ron Ochala, Dale A. Jurcisin and Michael P. McGee. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the install- ation of street lighting on colonial post top poles in Stonehouse Estates Subdivision in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 31. ImoThere was one person present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
