MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
L EPI PRINTERS, INC. FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 54
On November 17, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Taylor at 8:05 p m. Present: Sean P. Kavanagh, Ron Ochala,
Laura M. Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin*, Fernon P. Feenstra and Gerald D. Taylor.
Absent: Michael P. McGee. *Jurcisin entered at 8:11 p.m.
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for twelve years, submitted
by EPI PRINTERS, INC. , covering new industrial facilities to be
im. located at 13305 Wayne Road located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District 54.
There were approximately 21 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:12 p.m. , November 17,
1993.
