MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PERMIT

APPLICATION FOR SATELLITE DISC ANTENNA
On November 23, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:03 P M Present Sean P Kavanagh, Dale A
Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee and Gerald D. Taylor.
Absent Ron Ochala and Laura M Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 08
of Ordinance No 543, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on Permit Application submitted by San Bushamie, owner of the
Crestwood Lounge, for a Satellite Disc Antenna on property located at 27995
Plymouth Road in Section 36 City of Livonia, Michigan
ibe There were two persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 p m , November 17, 1993.
