MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
G P D INC. FOR AN
LINDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 57
On December 13, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Taylor at 7:31 p m Present: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P
Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P. Kavanagh and Gerald D. Taylor.
Absent: Ron Ochala and Laura M. Toy.
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for twelve years, submitted
by G P D Inc. , covering new industrial facilities to be located at 35457
Industrial Road located within City of Livonia Industrial Development
District 57.
There were approximately ten people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:36 p m. , December 13,
1993.
