MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
Iwo ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 54
FOR EPI PRINTERS, INC.
On April 5, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8:04 p.m. Present: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra,
Michael P. McGee, Sean P. Kavanagh, Ron Ochala and Gerald Taylor. Absent:
Laura M. Toy.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District
pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
as petitioned by EPI Printers, Inc.
There was one person present.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8: 11 p.m. , April 5, 1993.
