MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 92-11-2-49 (WAIVER USE)
On March 15, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7:04 p.m. Present: Sean P. Kavanagh, Laura M.
Toy, Michael P. McGee and Gerald Taylor. Absent: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon
P. Feenstra and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 92-11-2-49 submitted by Total Petroleum, Inc. to
operate a gasoline/convenience station on the southeast corner of Wayne Road
and Ann Arbor Trail in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33.
There were approximately 20 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:52 P.M. , March 15, 1993.
