MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REVISED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE IV STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
PEMBROKE AVENUE FROM FLAMINGO BOULEVARD TO PURLINGBROOK ROAD
IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 2
On March 1, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:04 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra,
Sean P. Kavanagh and Gerald Taylor. Absent: Laura Toy, Dale A.
Jurcisin, Michael P McGee and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Revised
Special Assessment Roll for an Alternate IV street improvement of
Pembroke Avenue from Flamingo Boulevard to Purlingbrook in the West 1/2
of Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately six persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:11 p.m. , March 1, 1993.
