MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
LTHE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
PARKS IDE VILLA SUBDIVISION
IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 8
On January 11, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:03 p.m. Present: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon
P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh and Gerald Taylor. Absent:
Laura Toy (recuperating from auto accident) and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure, "the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting on existing
wood poles in the Parkside Villas Subdivision in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 8.
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:10 p.m. , January 11, 1993.
