MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 92-10-2-43 (WAIVER USE)
On March 31, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 26 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Michael
P. McGee, Sean P. Kavanagh, Ron Ochala, Laura M Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin and
Gerald Taylor Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 92-10-2-43 submitted by Kelly Schein for waiver
use approval to utilize a Class C liquor license in conjunction with an exist-
ing billiard hall located on the south side of Eight Mile Road, between Grand
River and Angling Road, in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 1.
There were approximately 50 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:52 P.M. , March 31, 1993.
