imm MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 92-9-2-29 (WAIVER USE)
On January 11, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7:51 p.m. Present Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Michael P. McGee, Sean P. Kavanagh and Gerald Taylor. Absent:
Laura M. Toy and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 92-9-2-21 submitted by Timothy Mitchell
(Furusato, Inc. ) requesting waiver use approval to utilize a Tavern License in
connection with an existing restaurant located in the Laurel Commons Shopping
Center on the north side of Six Mile Road between Newburgh and Fitzgerald
Avenue in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 8.
There were three persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:02 P.M. , January 11, 1993.
