Los MINUTES OF THE TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEENTH SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter 14 of the City Charter,
the above meeting was held April 24, 1991 at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 7:15 P.M. Roll was called with the following result: Present:
Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop and Joan McCotter Absent:
Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Gerald Taylor
Elected and appointed officials present: Patricia Miencier, Deputy City
Clerk and Cathryn Kerby White, Assistant City Attorney.
On a motion by Councilman Bishop and Councilwoman Toy, unanimously adopted,
it was:
#346-91 RESOLVED, that having considered a communication
from the Michigan Liquor Control Commission dated March 15,
1991, as well as the report and recommendation of the
Department of Law dated April 2, 1991, and the report and
recommendation of the Chief of Police dated April 17, 1991,
the Council does hereby approve of the request from John Del
Signore, Constantino Del Signore and Luciano Del Signore,
stockholders in JTL, Inc. for a new full year Class C License
with official permit (Golf) to be issued pursuant to the
provisions of MCL 436 17i, as well as extended hours (Golf
and Restaurant), one outdoor service utilizing fixed patio,
with the request for outdoor service with roving cart recom-
mended for denial, for a business located at 36000 Seven Mile
Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, Wayne County; and the City
Clerk is hereby requested to forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the Michigan Liquor Control Commission
On a motion by Councilman Bishop, seconded by Councilwoman Toy, and
unanimously adopted, this 213th Special Meeting of the Council of the City of
Livonia was duly adjourned at 7:20 P M , April 24, 1991
