MINUTES OF THE TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTH SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter 14 of the City Charter,
the above meeting was held June 20, 1990 at the City liall, 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Chairperson of the Council at
approximately 6 50 P M Roll was called with the following result Present Laura
Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P Feenstra and Robert R Bishop, Absent
Dale Jurcisin (representing the City in another capacity) and Joan McCotter (absent
due to family illness)
Elected and appointed officials present Robert F Plash, City Clerk and
Cathryn K White, Assistant City Attorney
On a motion by Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilwoman Toy,
and unanimously adopted, it was
#591-90 RESOLVED, that having considered a letter from the
Michigan Liquor Control Commission dated May 22, 1990, and the
report and recommendation of the Chief of Police dated June
8, 1990, the Council does hereby approve the request from RDS
Detroit, Inc , to transfer ownership of 1990 SDM Licensed Business
from Revco Discount Drug Centers, Inc , for a business located
at 37681 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48154, Wayne County,
and the City Clerk is hereby requested to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Michigan Liquor Control Commission
On a motion by Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilman Ochala,
and unanimously adopted, it was
1E592-90 RESOLVED, that having considered a letter from the
Michigan Liquor Control Commission dated May 22, 1990, and the
report and recommendation of the Chief of Police dated June
8, 1990, the Council does hereby approve the request from RDS
Detroit, Inc , to transfer ownership of 1990 SDD-SDP' Licensed
Business from Revco Discount Drug Centers, Inc , for a business
located at 28111 Eight Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, Wayne
County, and the City Clerk is hereby requested to forward a
certified copy of this resolution to the Michigan Liquor Control
Commission

On a motion by Councilwoman Toy, seconded by Councilman Taylor,
and unanimously adopted, it was
#593-90 RESOLVED, that having considered a letter from the
Michigan Liquor Control Commission dated May 22, 1990, and
the report and recommendation of the Chief of Police dated
June 8, 1990, the Council does hereby approve the request
from RDS Detroit, Inc , to transfer ownership of 1990 SDM
Licensed Business from Revco Discount Drug Centers, Inc.,
for a business located at 29525 Plymouth Road, Livonia, Michigan
48150, Wayne County, and the City Clerk is hereby requested
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Michigan
Liquor Control Commission
On a motion by Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilwoman Toy, and
unanimously adopted, this 207th Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia
was duly adjourned at 6 53 P M , June 20, 1990
