MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PERMIT
irAPPLICATION FOR SATELLITE DISC ANTENNA
On November 15, 1989 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia Michigan, and
was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at
8:00 P. M. Present: Vice President Joan McCotter, Laura
Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: President Fernon P. Feenstra and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 19.08 of Ordinance No. 543, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on Permit Application
tro submitted by Frank Frangione for a Satellite Disc Antenna on
property located at 32361 Cambridge in Section 15 , City of
Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 50 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 45 p.m. ,
November 15, 1989.
