HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-11-15 NECESSITY HILLCREST 25367 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY RELATIVE TO A PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT ON OF HILLCREST AVENUE, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 2 On November 15 , 1989 , the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 9: 31 p.m. Present: Vice President Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin. Absent: President Fernon P. Feenstra and Ron Ochala. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 .08.070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed street improvement on Hillcrest Avenue, North of Seven Mile Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2 , City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 18 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
