MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REQUEST FROM HY-FORM PRODUCTS, INC. TO EXPAND
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 9.
On December 13, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7:40 P. M Present:
Fernon P Feenstra, Gerald D. Taylor, Dale Jurcisin and Robert R.
Bishop (arrived at 7 50 p m ). Absent: Laura M Toy, Joan
McCotter and Ron Ochala
ihr The Vice-President stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should expand an
industrial development district hereinafter referred to as
"Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 9 "
There was 1 person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 00 P M. , December
13, 1989
