MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETETION 88-4-2-16
WAIVER USE APPROVAL TO UTILIZE AN SDD LICENSE
On December 13 , 1989 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 : 16
P. M. Present: President Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R.
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, and Dale Jurcisin. Absent:
Laura Toy, Joan McCotter and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 19 . 08 of Ordinance No. 543 , as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on Petition 88-4-2-16
Im submitted by Donald Laidlaw, Bottles & Stuff II Ltd. ,
requesting waiver use approval to utilize an SDD License
within an existing party store located on the west side of
Newburgh Road between Five Mile Road and Lancaster Avenue in
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 5 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 29 p.m. ,
December 13 , 1989 .
