HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-12-13 25431 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSTRUCT A RETAIL SALES IrBUILDING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SEVEN MILE ROAD IN SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3 On December 13, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:30 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert R. Bishop and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Laura Toy, Joan McCotter and Ron Ochala. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Hearing duly irpublished and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal submitted by Paul B. Kerr for Southeastern Michigan Management Company for proposal to construct a retail sales building on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Loveland and Mayfield in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3 in the City of Livonia. There were approximately 5 people present. Questions and comments from interested people were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:00 p.m. , 1m December 13, 1989. ROBERT F. NASH, CITY CLERK
