HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-08-07 25160 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITION im On August 7, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 3300 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:00 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Dale Jurcisin and Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal subwitted by Angelo D'Orazio im for a change of zoning of property located south of Eight Mile Road and west of Newburgh Road in Section 4, City of Livonia. There were approximately 22 people present. Questions and comments from interested people were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
