HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-06-26 SAD HUBBARD 25105 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF HUBBARD, FIVE MILE TO JAMISON IN SECTION 22 On June 26, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 45 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Laura Toy and Gerald Taylor. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special L Assessment Procedure" , the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Hubbard, Five Mile to Jamison in Section 22, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
