MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
ADAMAS, INC. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
to
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 50
On June 26, 1989 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 9: 14
p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R.
Bishop, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Laura Toy
and Gerald Taylor.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate as submitted by Adamas, Inc. covering industrial
facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No. 50 .
There were three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9: 21 p.m. ,
June 26 , 1989.
