HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-09-11 SAD WESTMORE 25247 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF WESTMORE AVENUE, SEVEN MILE NORTH 150 FEET IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3 On September 11, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7: 11 p.m. Present: *Laura M. Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Gerald D. Taylor, *Ron Ochala, and Fernon P. Feenstra. Absent: Dale Jurcisin. *Ochala arrived at 7:05 p.m. and Toy at 7:10 p.m. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense ime Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Westmore Avenue, Seven Mile North 150 Feet in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3 in the City of Livonia. There were no persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
