HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-09-18 SAD INDUSTRIAL 25250 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF PAVING AND UTILITIES ALONG INDUSTRIAL ROAD IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 27 AND THE EXTENSION OF HUBBARD ROAD TO SOUTH OF SCHOOI,CRAFT On September 18, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:15 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Gerald D. Taylor, Ron Ochala, and Dale A. Jurcisin. Absent: Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the proposed extension of paving and utilities along Industrial Road in the North 1/2 of Section 27 and the Extension of Hubbard Road to South of Imo Schoolcraft in the City of Livonia. There were approximately 10 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
