MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 89-6-2-37
On September 20, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 8:15 P. M Present:
Fernon Feenstra, Laura M Toy, Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter,
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, and Dale A Jurcisin (arrived at 8:20 P.
M )
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing
duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
liosaid Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 89-6-2-37 submitted by Keith A.
Newmarch, requesting waiver use approval to operate an auto
reconditioning shop on property located on the northwest
corner of Plymouth Road and Belden Court in the Southwest 1/4
of Section 28, in the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 33 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:35 P M ,
September 20, 1989.
