HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-09-20 PETITION 1987-11-02-55 25252 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 87-11-2-55 SITE PLAN lin On September 20, 1989 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:36 P.M. Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert B Bishop, Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal submitted by Northridge Commons Associates, requesting permission to construct a shopping center on the scuth side of 111, Eight Mile Road between Farmington and Gill Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia. There were approximately 33 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
