lis MINUTES OF THE TWO HUNDRED AND FOURTH SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On October 10, 1989, the above meeting was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 45 P M
Roll was called with the following result Present Fernon P Feenstra,
Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala, Absent• Laura
Toy and Dale Jurcisin
Elected and appointed officials present Robert F Nash, City Clerk,
Cathryn K White, Assistant City Attorney, Robert D Bennett, Mayor and David
Preston, Director of Finance
On a motion by Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilman. Ochala,
lio and unanimously adopted, it was
#951-89 RESOLVED, that the minutes of the 1 ,162nd Regular
Meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia, held October
4, 1989 are hereby approved
On a motion by Councilman Ochala, seconded by Councilwoman McCotter,
the following ordinance was moved
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION AND
CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONS, EXTENSIONS AND
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SUPPLY AND WASTEWATER
SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA AUTHORIZING
AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
SELF-LIQUIDATING REVENUE BONDS OF EQUAL STANDING
WITH THE REVENUE BONDS NOW OUTSTANDING FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PAYING PART OF THE COST OF SAID
ADDITIONS, EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 94, PUBLIC ACTS OF
MICHIGAN, 1933, AS AMENDED, AND ORDINANCE NO
1958 OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing Ordinance with the following result

AYES Bishop, McCotter, Taylor, Ochala and Feenstra
NAYS None
The President declared the Ordinance duly adopted, and would become effective on
publication
On a motion by Councilman Bishop, seconded by Councilman Taylor, and
unanimously adopted, this 204th Special Meeting of the Council of the City of
Livonia was adjourned at 7 50 P M , October 4, 1989
