MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY ARCAD, INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION
CERTIFICATE IN THE CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT NO. 46.
On October 16, 1989, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:30
P. M Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Gerald D.
Taylor, Dale A Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Robert F Bishop.
Absent: Laura M Toy
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate as submitted by ARCAD, Inc covering industrial
facilities to be located within the City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No 46
There were approximately 7 people present
Questions anu comments from interestr.d persons were
Imo given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 50 P M ,
October 16, 1989
