MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 89-2-8-7 (Site Plan)

On May 22, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 8: 37 p.m. Present:
Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop,
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,
and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published
and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No.
543 , the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an
appeal submitted by Michael C. DeLaere for site plan approval on
ihm a proposal to construct an addition to an existing theater
located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Sears Drive
and Tech Center Drive in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26 , City of
Livonia.
There were approximately 4 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 55 p.m. , May 22,
1989 .
