MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
HYDRA-FLEX, INC. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 44
On June 5 , 1989, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 01 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale
Jurcisin. Absent: None.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate as submitted by Hydra-Flex, Inc. covering
1m industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No. 44 .
There was one person present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 :07 p.m. ,
June 5 , 1989.
