HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-12-14 SAD GREENLAND 24658 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF GREENLAND, WEST OF MIDDLEBELT, AND ON HENRY RUFF, GREENLAND TO PURITAN IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 14 On December 14 , 1988 , the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 : 12 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement on Greenland, west of Middlebelt, and on Henry Ruff , Greenland to Puritan, in the North 1/2 of Section 14, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 20 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
